We received an order in a timely fashion, however the order was incorrect. We reached out and were able to have the incorrect item shipped back and Wellwise is sending us the correct order (hopefully). was a little disappointing that we did not receive the correct order in the first place, but appreciated the steps taken to help us receive the correct order at no additional costs to ourselves. Ratings are middle of range as we have not received the replacement walker yet.

We bought this walker for our mom who is recovering from a mini stroke. The walker came fully assembled and is easy to use. I would recommend it. You will need a way carry the box from the Canada Post outlet especially if you live in an apartment where they don't deliver big packages to the door. A suggestion to the company- to include the part that helps move the walker over thresholds. Or show as a suggestion to purchase during check out.

Seat is a bit hard Seat handle for raising is not as easy to get at Does not have Rubber wheels

Problem is there is no weight restrictions on the mini walker at sale price. Your description of walker could be more detailed so customer can make an informed decision since Evolution walkers are great but expensive if make wrong choice

Breaks are top notch. Mobility inside and out will roll you right along. I am a blue person but the red is flashy. Like it! Folds easily and light to load.
