Service disruptions at Canada Post may result in delays in processing returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Return by Mail

All returns of online transactions are to be returned by mail only. Customers will have 30 days after receiving a product to initiate a return online.

Cost to Return

Returns are free, however not all products are eligible. See the exclusions section for more details.

Return Tender and Timeline

Customers will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. After the product has been delivered to our return facility, funds should be returned within approximately 10-15 business days depending on your bank.

Online Order returns: How to Initiate a Online Return

  1. Print a return label
    To begin your return and create a prepaid Canada Post return shipping label, use the return portal. Simply follow the process in the interactive return portal.
  2. Prepare your package
    • Pack and seal your parcel securely. Use any generic box if original packaging not available.
    • Affix the return shipping label to your parcel. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  3. Drop off your parcel
    Take your parcel to a Canada Post. Click here to find a Canada Post near you.

Once we receive the returned items, we will review the items returned and, if approved, will issue a refund for those specific items within 10 - 15 business days.

Multi-box products.

If the product was shipped to you in multiple boxes, please wait until you’ve received the final box before making a return. The return period will start after you get the final package.

Returns & Exchanges

We recognize that on occasion, a product may not fully meet expectations. Should you require an alternative size, colour, or item, we are pleased to accommodate most returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To facilitate an efficient return process, we kindly request that items be presented in their original packaging, in unused condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Refunds

All approved returns will be refunded via the original method of payment.

Please be advised that restocking fees may apply to select items, including but not limited to lift chairs, hospital beds, and mobility scooters.

In the absence of a receipt, exchanges may be offered at the discretion of the store.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, custom-fitted items and special-order merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
