Wellwise® rents in flexible 28-day cycles. Billing is automatic every four weeks and continues until the equipment is returned and processed. There is no fixed maximum — rent for a few weeks or a few months, only for as long as you need it.

Your rental is billed automatically at the start of each 28-day cycle. Billing continues until the equipment has been returned to your Wellwise® store and processed by our team, so please return items promptly at the end of your rental period.

Yes. Rentals roll over automatically into the next 28-day cycle — no paperwork or new booking is required. Simply keep the equipment as long as you need it. To stop the rental, return the equipment to your local store.

Yes. Every rental item is professionally cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before returning into circulation to help ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

Most rentals are collected in store — we’ll notify you when your equipment is ready for pickup. Delivery and pickup services are available for select rental equipment. Availability, fees, and timing vary by location and equipment, so please contact your local Wellwise® store for details.

If the equipment isn’t available in-store, we’ll arrange for it to be delivered from our rental depot, then notify you when it’s ready.
