Wellwise Business (B2B) Return Policy
At Wellwise, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our business partners. Due to the nature of our wholesale business, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for products damaged during shipping. In this scenario, please contact our B2B support team within 7 business days at business_support@wellwise.ca with the subject line "B2B Order Return".
Upon approval of your return request, we will email you a return authorization form along with instructions for returning the product. Cost associated with the return will be incurred by the customer and will be calculated by case-to-case basis.
Note: If the product was shipped in multiple boxes, please wait until the final box before requesting return. The return period will start only after the final box.
