How often should I replace my pillow?

Most standard pillows should be replaced every 6-18 months. Memory foam pillows should be replaced every three years. If you’re unsure, try folding your pillow in half and placing a shoe on top. If the pillow doesn’t spring back, it may be time to replace it.
