fast shipping, well packaged, put together easily (10 mins) and works well - light weight for a small person and easily maneuverable. Used mostly indoors so the 6" wheels work well on carpet and tiled floors. Might be a bit light for heavier use outdoors on uneven pavement and grass. Happy with both the purchase process and product.
