These work well over disposable diapers.

Wearing these daily I get three weeks to a month before the crotch gets stiff and noisy. But at about $4 a pant there's nothing to come close to the value. You can spend $35 or more for a pant and it still wears out due to uric acid, diaper rash creams, etc. Better to buy these and consider them toss-able after a few weeks without regrets.

I always use these plastic pants over my disposable diapers to catch any leaks.
