Very firm and secure.

The pole is quite heavy and I would recommend you have help to install if you're a senior. Very happy with the good quality and stability. Ceiling is over 9 feet and it worked well.

Grab bar pole

Works very good. Easy to put up and can be moved to another room. We have it in the bathroom. Our bathroom is small and it works for stepping into the bathtub and also getting up off the toilet.

Assist Pole

Great help in the bathroom especially getting in and out of the shower. The curved part swivels so you can change position as needed. Thanks for the help!
