It’s an amazing heating oad

Great heating pad BUT way too expensive.

Expensive but happy with it, like the controls , can have it as hot as you need & can lock in for 30 min. Shuts off automatically after 30 min. I Use it several times a day . I also like that the control wiring is connected permanently to the heating pad unlike the last one I bought at wellness where the connection kept coming apart. So far so good , hope it lasts longer than the last one I bought as well.

I purchased this as a replacement for my last heating pad (same one) which finally bit the dust after 9 years. I would say that I used it frequently, during some periods multiple times a day, so it's lasted a long time. I tried other, cheaper options before purchasing this pad, it truly is the best for moist heat in my opinion. The only reason for 4stars is that it beeps to turn off and when you are altering settings, the sound is a lot louder than needed.

Great heating pad with moisture. I use it for aches and pains and it is very comforting. I have been buying them for years not just for myself but as gifts for others.

Needed to get another one, as my husband doesn't want to share his with the rest of the family.

This is 3rd replacement;each lasting aprox 5yrs daily use for chronic pain. Dislike the reduced timer from 1hr to 30min so now I have to turn it back on every 30 min. Hate the new pitch of the loud beep and added more beeping is absolutely terrible. If you're a chronic pain patient who may finally get relief or pain meds/sedation finally kicks in the unnecessary extra beeping rips you out of rest and you lose your window to finally get some sleep and escape the pain. This was definitely not well thought out from a medical perspective or feed back from patients. There's no point to have a high pitched beeping every time you push each of the buttons and now when it gets to desired temp as well. This is definitely the best heating pad on the market but let's see with the new changes if it lasts the 5yrs the last ones did with my heavy daily usage. I don't mind paying $120 for an amazing product that lasts.

My doctor recommended this to me due to my arthritic pain. It's big enough to go around my thigh to relieve pain.

This pad is a replacement for my last identical one(I damaged the control). This pad is well made, Canadian safety certified which is important. The main reason I bought it is the complete adjustability of the temperature and time settings. With the cheaper heating pads the default shut off is two hours and that is too long. A nurse just told me her patient got a deep burn from a heating pad and that is not what I need to worry about. The only problem is that the plug pulls out of the power bar very easily. Could be the power bar though.

this is my second time buying one of these. I like them a lot, the moist heat is really therapeutic and I like that it gets really hot unlike some others. My only complaint is that it beeps so loudly when it turns on, when it reaches it's heat setting, and again when it turns off. It's aggravating when you're trying to relax or have fallen asleep.

It's an excellent moist heating pad. The only thing that surprised us was that it turns off after 30 minutes, It's a good safety feature, just not used to it. Would buy again.

This isn't just a heating pad. Heating pads I've found typically don't get very warm. The Theratherm has a wide variance of temperature setting as well as a lengthy timer and the moist heat is what provides the deep heat therapy. We own the large rectangle and the shoulder version and they get a lot of use. Other pads are still in the closet.

I use this product during massage treatments. Really helps relax muscle pain but noisy beep is a tad irritating.

Perfect! Lower temp setting for 30 minutes helps ease my mom's back pain due to multiple myeloma. Excellent quality and temp consistency. The only disappointment was the delay in obtaining the heating pad as the sale price applied to only online purchases, not in store purchases. Shame, as I only googled the online price when at the store. And the store couldn't honour online prices.

Use for back pain, mainly. Really like the large size that is the length of my back.

The heat is a good moist heat , love the control of the temperature and the size is nice and big, I have arthritic spine and it's been really good for that I use it every morning and my husband recently injured his back and cracked a rib with a fall on rocks and it has been great for his rehab Bought one for my son as well who had severe degenerative disc disease and syrigomelia and it's been good for him

This is so much better than a regular heating pad. It works great and lasts a long time. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you have endometriosis or any time of inflammatory pain

Best heating pad in a lifetime of heating pad use! Heavy, moist heat and takes a beating- I use it almost every day. On my second one and the first lasted years. Worth the extra money

I use this everyday. It gets so hot! Definitely favourite heating pad. I used mine multiple times a day. The first one did only last for a year but it was aggressively used.
