SmartCore disposable briefs maintain an ideal micro-climate for preserving skin integrity. The high capacity absorbent peach core remains effective up to 6-8 hours. Breathable sides eliminate heat and moisture build-up. Micro-hook closure tabs grip the soft, cloth-like outer layer to securely fasten the brief and allow for multiple openings. Kufguards® (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence. The wetness indicator turns from yellow to blue when moisture is present, thus eliminating unnecessary changes and reducing costs. These briefs are available in 5 color-coded sizes. Latex-free.

I like the product because it is breathable. However, I do have to supplement the absorbency with extra pad boasters.

This product is the closest product to the hospital brand. Good overall production, breathable and wickers away moister from skin if you change incontinent brief every 4-6 hrs. I would recommended customer service employees be more knowledge when products are on sale and recommendation that this product can be bought online in bulk, as there would be no associated cost with shipping and handling after a certain price point. I've been going into the Milton store for over 3 years and no recommendations that I can get this product delivered to my home. This is unfortunate that I needed to do my own research to figure this out. Customer service lacks the knowledge in the products that stand by.
