I like the collapsable function very much. My one issue is the handle grips, I have arthritis in by wrists so i find it tiresome to use the grips for amy length of time.

I found the poles to heavy for me. That detail (the weight ) was not mention in the description on your website. I went to your store in Ottawa (Westgate Mall on Carling Ave) to try exchange them but is was not possible as it does not carry that particular item in store so the manager told me.

They have a slightly spongy, softer feeling than other poles I have used. The hand rest improves balance and is very comfortable. Good product.

So I'm 6'3", 250lbs. I have tried a number of expensive brands but they tend to be too short or too flexy. These poles are rock solid and the grips make it perfect. Highly recommend

It is sturdy and light weight. I bought as a gift and they were most happy. I wish I had known of these poles earlier and will be replacing my poles sometime down the road.

Love the grips, much better than my snowshoe poles. Haven't used the carry bag yet. Do like the ability to adjust the size for travel.

I bought these almost a year ago. They came in handy after my knee replacement.
