Very easy to use. I bought these to use instead of a cane, when recovering from a femur fracture. Gives me the stabilty and confidence I need, without feeling like an old lady :)

Light. Easy to use. Helps me walk straight, further. Therefore improves walking ability. Needed: way to make it fit into small backpack. More written instruction e.g. how to use snow/trekking baskets.

Excellent Rehab Poles for Balance

These poles are excellent for retraining your balance! I have 2 sets - 1 set for inside when I practice working on balance by walking 10 mins x 2 a day & 1 set for the outside . These poles are excellent quality!

Love my walking sticks!

I am recovering from cancer treatment, so working on strength, stamina, and exercise tolerance. I have been leisurely walking, but the poles take my walks to the next level. I really feel the extra energy they require although they are not overtaxing me. I am working all kinds of little muscles that have been neglected. Perfect for what I need at the moment!
