The machine works well, I love the way it measures 3 times and takes the average for me. Very acurate compare to the other brand I had.

I love that you can set it once for 3 consecutive test and the average of all 3 is shown along with AFIB if effected!

I replaced an old Omron BP monitor that was giving widely varying results (likely due to age of the machine). By contrast, thie BIOS monitor, with the 3-measurement averaging feature is giving extremely consistent results. I really like that averaging feature. It's easy to use, although the soft cuff took a while to learn how to adjust properly, since I was coming from a monitor that used a rigid cuff. But it's comfortable.
