I have tried various products to try and get my snoring and apnea under control. A wedge pillow was recommended to me. I use an app to record the amount of snoring and it's volume, and the scores had been pretty high (20+) before using the wedge pillow. Now the scores are in the range of 1 to 4, regularly. I used to have a lot of apnea events, as evidenced by my overnight oximeter, but these have also reduced. I expect that the pillow won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try.
