Great support but not soft

I have neck issues so I need support, this pillow is great as it keeps my neck aligned. I love that the pillow is super lightweight. The only negative is that it is not that soft on the ear and face. I still use it though because of the great support it gives.

Excellent quality

I have an neck issue and was desperate to find comfort to sleep this pillow works perfectly for me. I wish I knew about it sooner. Now I don't wake up with a sore stiff neck. I'm very impressed with this product. Thanks
